1. Acceptance and eligibility
By visiting QDOMU, creating an account, submitting a campaign, purchasing a service, or using a QDOMU link or dashboard, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must have authority to promote the submitted content and to enter into a binding agreement.
2. Accounts and customer information
You are responsible for accurate account, billing, campaign, and contact information, for safeguarding your credentials, and for activity performed through your account. Guest orders may be administered under a QDOMU system account while remaining associated with the customer email and campaign record.
3. Campaign services and delivery
QDOMU provides promotional services for YouTube, music, film, and related media. Standard campaigns are generally scheduled for delivery within seven days unless the order page states otherwise. Discounted campaigns may take up to ninety days, and delivery speed can vary by audience, creative, platform inventory, policy review, and campaign type. Estimated views, visits, or other goals are campaign targets, not guarantees of revenue, rankings, subscribers, monetization approval, reviews, or any other third-party outcome.
Customers must submit lawful content and valid promotion links. QDOMU may pause, reject, modify, or cancel targeting that violates law, advertising-platform rules, intellectual-property rights, or safety requirements.
4. Refund policy
A refund may be requested when a campaign is not completed within its applicable delivery window. Refunds are not available while an order remains within that delivery window or after the campaign goal has been delivered. Any approved refund is limited to the value of the undelivered portion of the campaign. For discounted orders, the delivered portion is valued at the regular, full-price rate before the refundable balance is calculated. Processing fees, completed setup work, and properly delivered services may be nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law.

5. Recurring subscriptions
Ongoing campaigns and website plans renew at the interval shown at checkout until canceled. You authorize the selected payment provider to charge recurring fees and any disclosed one-time setup fee. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund completed periods. Tracking or hosted services may stop after cancellation, expiration, or failed payment.
6. Custom websites
The custom website design is included with an active hosting plan. Standard website hosting is $50 per month, ecommerce hosting is $100 per month, and website plus marketing is $200 per month, with a disclosed one-time setup fee unless a different written offer applies. The seven-day build period begins after confirmed payment and receipt of the content and access reasonably needed to complete the project. Revisions are available during an active subscription and must remain within the agreed project scope. Domain registration, premium software, merchant fees, paid applications, custom integrations, and third-party licenses may require separate charges.
7. Film links and analytics
QDOMU film links may record visits, approximate country, referrer category, device category, and daily totals. Analytics are estimates and may exclude blocked, duplicate, automated, private, or technically unavailable events. One-time campaign tracking generally remains active for up to ninety days; active subscription campaigns may continue while billing remains current.
8. Content licenses and intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content. You grant QDOMU a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, resize, display, distribute, link to, and otherwise use submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide, administer, demonstrate, and support the purchased services. You represent that you have all required permissions. QDOMU branding, software, layouts, analytics, and original materials remain QDOMU property unless stated otherwise.
9. Prohibited use
You may not use QDOMU for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, hateful, sexually exploitative, dangerous, or platform-manipulative activity; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; submit false payment information; or misuse analytics and tracking links.
10. Third-party services
Campaigns and payments may rely on services operated by Google, YouTube, Meta, Stripe, PayPal, hosting providers, data providers, and other partners. Their separate terms, policies, availability, and review decisions apply. QDOMU does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, account decisions, policy changes, or reporting delays.
11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
Services are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QDOMU disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. QDOMU’s aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the service giving rise to that claim during the prior three months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify QDOMU and its personnel from claims arising from your content, instructions, violation of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights, or unlawful use of the services.
13. Suspension, termination, and changes
QDOMU may suspend or terminate access for nonpayment, fraud, abuse, legal risk, or material violation of these Terms. We may update these Terms by posting a revised effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
